Optimised invite template and
improved questionnaire
Use the newly developed e-mail templates and questionnaires, which focus on effectively collecting a large number of ratings. You can decide whether you want your customers to concentrate on a single question or whether you would like to gain insights into delivery, service and goods by using additional questions. The additional feedback is optional for your customers, it is not public, and is not included in your overall rating.
The auto-save function ensures that feedback is kept, even if a respondent leaves the questionnaire prematurely. There are now no length limits in the optional comment field, as well as for your own responses. You can find more information in our Help Centre.
Overview of your Review Invites:
In the Invite History you can see exactly when and to whom Review Invites were sent – regardless of whether they were sent automatically or manually. You always have an overview of the current status of your request. More information about the Invite History and the different statuses can be found in our Help Centre.
Personalised Review Invites
Design your Review Invites in line with your corporate identity and ensure a consistent customer journey. With a fitting address, you increase the willingness of your target group to leave a review. Should you have already used the personalisation before the activation for eTrusted, please note that you will have to reconfigure your settings, especially colour and logo. Event-based invite sending with
individualised rules:
No-one knows your business and your customers better than you do. That’s why you are the one who should decide exactly when you want to ask for which feedback. With eTrusted, review requests are sent out based on Events, such as concrete transactions within your customer journey. This could be, for example, a contact with your service, the delivery of your goods or the sending of the order.
You can define rules for each Event. These rules determine in a granular way when the Review Invite is sent out and which individual questionnaire should be used for this Event. The Event "Checkout" is currently available, and more Events are coming soon. You can find more information in our Help Centre.
The new Review Inbox:
Manage your reviews using the new Review Inbox. In addition to an intelligent filter function, this also provides a better overview of all the ratings you have ever collected with eTrusted. Each review also has a unique URL – so you can easily bookmark or share certain reviews within your company. You can find more information in our Help Centre.
Better SEO Performance for your shop profile:
The free upgrade to eTrusted also brings improvements to your shop profile. From now on consumers have the option of marking reviews as "helpful". The reviews with the most marks will be displayed on your profile first. In addition, the best rating and most critical rating will be displayed on your shop profile from now on.
This practical overview makes customers curious about further reviews and visitors stay longer on your profile. Google sees the higher retention time as a sign that relevant information can be found on your shop profile and rewards you with a better ranking.
Advertise with widgets:
In eTrusted you can also find the menu item Marketing. With this item, we would like to provide you with new trust elements to promote your shop and your products with persuasive customer feedback. The widgets Trusted Stars and the Review Carousel are currently available, which you can easily integrate into your shop.
To help you impress on Instagram, Facebook and other social media platforms with your customer feedback, we will expand eTrusted at the beginning of next year with widgets especially for social media. We will also be offering a dashboard with analyses and reports, so that you always see exactly how your actions are performing. You can find more information in our Help Centre.

The eTrusted App is the control centre for your pocket. Whether on the train or at the beach, collect and manage your customer reviews conveniently on your mobile phone. How to upgrade to eTrusted
Support for the current rating platform will be discontinued at the end of 2021. To continue collecting customer reviews with the new eTrusted platform, you may need to adjust your integration.
There are two ways to collect reviews with eTrusted: the Trustbadge® and the eTrusted APIs.
Option 1: The Trustbadge (recommended)
We recommend the collection of reviews using the Trustbadge. It is a simple standard solution that can be integrated into your shop in just a few minutes. It then sends automated review invites to your customers. This allows it to quickly and efficiently collect new reviews without you needing to take any action.
Option 2: The eTrusted APIs
Do you have more specific requirements? With the eTrusted APIs, you can flexibly adjust eTrusted to your requirements.
Useful tip: The eTrusted Event API is the easiest and best way to receive customer feedback along the customer journey. Simply tie the eTrusted Event API to the customer touchpoints of your choice – e.g. “Checkout”, “Delivery of goods”, “Return”, etc. – in your software and benefit from the full functionality of the platform.
Alternatively, you can also use the eTrusted Questionnaire API to embed a link directly in your emails, text messages or chatbots.
Some technical knowledge is required to use the eTrusted APIs.
