Dr. Carsten Föhlisch

Dr. Carsten Föhlisch studied law at the University of Bonn. Legal clerkship and state examinations in Cologne and Düsseldorf. Dr. Föhlisch then worked in the legal department at T-Systems, Frankfurt a.M. Since 2000, he has been a lawyer and legal advisor at Trusted Shops GmbH.

He has also been a lecturer at the University of Lüneburg, been featured in numerous specialist publications, including in the publishing house C.H. Beck and F.A.Z., and has been the Deputy Chairman of the D21 Monitoring Board. In 2009, he received his doctorate with the topic "The Right of Revocation in Online Trading" with Prof. Dr. Thomas Hoeren, University of Münster.
