Previously, you could analyse reviews from the past 365 days. This update theoretically triples the amount of feedback you can analyse! So, what does that mean?

Our latest product is truly exciting. Sentiment Analysis by Trusted Shops aims to give our Business Members great insights into their customer reviews. How exactly?
Sentiment Analysis uses artificial intelligence to sift through your customer reviews and pinpoint keywords and patterns that appear, whether positive or negative.
This lets our Business Members know what they are doing right, and perhaps more importantly, what they need to improve.
Even the most highly-rated shops that collect thousands of positive reviews every year have useful feedback hidden deep within. Sentiment Analysis lets our Business Members wave goodbye to manually reading through every single review to find the common threads among them. Now, those metrics and specific examples are highlighted for you, so you can make data-based decisions to optimise your shop sustainably and improve your online reputation even more.

The Trusted Shops 30-day Buyer Protection can be a real conversions booster for online shops that display the Trustmark prominently on their site.
However, to really push the benefits of the Buyer Protection, we wanted to give shop owners the option to display a reminder to their shoppers earlier in the checkout process.
Our initial data suggests that there is a potential to reduce shopping cart abandonment rates by up to 19%!
Currently, the Trusted Checkout Widget can be manually integrated by shops offering the Buyer Protection. In this initial phase, we will continue to gather data from a few participating Business Members. In the future, we plan to make this widget more widely available.
In order to boost conversions, it's still recommended to remind users of the Buyer Protection on a site's product pages, but now you'll have the option to display more information in the checkout pages to increase those numbers even more.
This update should excite any businesses using the renowned email marketing platform, Klaviyo, which has now integrated Trusted Shops.
With this integration, you'll be able to incorporate trust elements like review snippets or the Trustbadge directly into your email templates. When displaying your shop rating, it will always automatically be up to date, ensuring customers always see the most accurate information, thus boosting transparency and trust.
Review invites can also be personalised and sent through Klaviyo. Tailor those invites to be triggered by specific actions (e.g. purchases, post-delivery, etc.).

Trusted Shops understands the power of branding and how important it is for a business to stay consistent on this topic. With our newest update, we're adding more customisation features to our reviews widgets so they can better integrate into your page's design.
The new options focus on choosing a font to match your chosen style as well as colours found within the the widgets (i.e. stars and bars).
Trusted Shops is excited to add another new feature to the reviews platform: Questionnaire customisation.
Business Members sending out review invites can now define their own customised questions to get feedback for their own criteria. For brands that are constantly looking to optimise their service, this is a welcome addition because they can specify what kind of feedback they're looking for.
For example, you might want to ask about feedback on the return policy, sustainability efforts, payment options, the variety of products, etc.
On top of the customised questions, we've also given Business Members the option to include a net promoter score (NPS) question into their review invitations. As an industry standard, this has been requested for some time and now it is here!

Visibility, brand awareness, reliability, authenticity. The list of achievements that every marketer strives for with their work is long. Such accomplishments are of even greater importance in the e-commerce sphere – a sphere in which trust drives consumer decision-making.
To support our members in attaining their marketing goals, Trusted Shops has just released Marketing Material, a feature that comes with every Trusted Shops membership. Marketing Material is a space in which retailers can find and customise various trust elements for their promotional activities. From newsletters and banners to social media posts and videos, Marketing Material is made to boost your advertising with trust.
To find Marketing Material, Trusted Shops members have to open up their eTrusted Control Centre and head to the “Marketing” section. The “Marketing Material” tab can then be found alongside the Widget Library and the relatively new Social Media Creator. From there, there are two available options for members.
For those with graphic design expertise, a full download package is available in the Control Centre. For those with little to no graphic design knowledge, we created a separate Marketing Material page in which members can easily create and edit the Marketing Material directly on the page. A link to this page can be found under the “Marketing Material” tab in Control Centre.
To gain access to the templates and graphics on this page, members must be logged in. Creating an extra account will not be necessary. The login is enabled by single sign-on (SSO) from the eTrusted Control Centre, meaning that once a member is logged in to the Control Centre they will be able to automatically log in to the Marketing Material page as well.
In both scenarios, members will have numerous customisable graphics in the palm of their hands. To name a few examples, graphics will include the Trustmark, Trustbadge, graphics for certified and non-certified shops, etc...
With this new feature, members can maximise the impact of their advertising by using well-known elements from Europe’s leading trust brand. One of these recognisable elements is the Trusted Shops Trustmark. The Trustmark is only awarded to online shops who have gone through an extensive certification process and are deemed reliable retailers.
In displaying the Trustmark, retailers also demonstrate that they offer their customers a 30-day Buyer Protection. Designed to increase online trust, the Buyer Protection offers consumers security against financial loss after making a purchase.
