After registering for one of our webinars, you’ll receive a “link” that you can save. As a reminder, we’ll also send you an e-mail with all the relevant information for attending the webinar.
To register, you must complete form, as seen on the right. Only the fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory. If you see the form is incomplete, please temporarily switch off the browser plugin Ghostery and reload the page.
We will send you the webinar link by e-mail after you’ve registered. Follow this link and you will see a startup window (similar to the image on the right). Enter the room be entering your name in the provided field.
We always do a sound check right before the webinar starts. If you have not heard anything until the beginning of the webinar, unmute it from Adobe Connect. You should hear something when the speakers are activated (green).
We recommend the browser Firefox in conjunction with the Adobe Connect software. Make sure you download Flash Player in advance.
Your firewall may be blocking the connection. In this case, you must allow the connection for Adobe Connect through your browser’s settings.
Questions make webinars really exciting. Post your question in the chat and submit the question.
The question can be seen by the speaker as well as all participants. Normally, we only answer questions at the end of the webinar. Please, don’t be surprised if you don’t get an answer to your question right away.
