On the website, you'll see the Trustbadge® with a score of 4.65 (rated by nearly 5,000 customers) and the words "Buyer Protection". 45 million consumers in the Community of Trust already know that their orders are insured for up to €20,000*. You'll also see that SB Supply is authorised to carry the Trusted Shops Trustmark®, which means it meets the Trusted Shops quality standards. Customers can also read the product reviews to find out what other customers think of the products.
Consumers can place their order with confidence. After delivery, they'll receive an invitation to write a review, so future customers know their experience was top-notch from start to finish.

Higher order value from members
Members of the Community of Trust spend more per order on average than regular customers. PLUS members, in particular, stand out: they have a whopping 51% higher basket value than non-members.
In the Netherlands, the average order value of PLUS members is even three times higher than that of the average customer.
